The residence, with its villas and apartments, is set in the heart of a 1,500 m² landscaped garden. Here, everything is done so that you feel safe and relaxation is guaranteed. The Flamboyant apartment measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. With its independent entrance and covered terrace, you will enjoy a quiet stay.
The Balisier apartment, with a surface area of 45 m², accommodates up to 4 people. It too has a covered terrace and an independent entrance.
Then, on to the villas.
The Hibiscus villa offers a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate 6 people spread over two air-conditioned bedrooms and a mezzanine. Its large covered terrace offers direct access to the pool.
The Bougainvillée villa, on the ground floor, has 90 m². With its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a master suite equipped with a shower room and WC, its American refrigerator and its cooktop, this villa will offer you all the expected comfort. Its summer lounge awaits you on an 80 m² terrace to make the most of Guadeloupe's fine weather.
Apartments and villas are furnished and equipped with new equipment. LCD television and DVD player, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, everything is there for incomparable comfort. Internet is available via Wi-Fi throughout the residence. Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) is provided and changed every week. You also have an iron and a washing machine. Baby beds can be provided free of charge. To relax, unlimited access to the pool will be the ideal way to cool off before going to the beach.
