Treetop adventure courses

Treetop adventure courses give visitors a way to move through the Guadeloupe landscape from above, following cables, platforms and suspended bridges strung between trees. The three published listings in this section are spread across Petit-Bourg, Saint-Claude and Bouillante, so the settings differ from one site to the next.
Petit-Bourg sits at the edge of the Basse-Terre rainforest, where dense vegetation and humid air shape the courses. Saint-Claude, higher on the volcanic slopes, offers cooler conditions and steep wooded terrain. Bouillante, on the Caribbean coast, combines wooded hillsides with views toward the sea. Each site sets its own routes and safety rules, and equipment is provided on site.
These courses suit visitors looking for an active half-day outdoors, whether with family or in a small group. Check each listing for the level of difficulty, age and height requirements, and opening conditions before setting out, as mountain weather can affect access.
